*Due to Pool Opening season, Spa Diagnostics will be scheduled starting week of June 2. Warranties Calls will be moved up in the schedule, after order is received. Non-warranty calls will be worked into the schedule as soon as time allows depending on issue and job location.

Our technicians must have access to all sides of the hot tub when they arrive on site. They will not remove any deck boards in order to access the pumps or equipment. If they do not have access to the needed locations on arrival it will be up to their discretion on if whether they leave or wait for access to be provided. The service charge will be nonrefundable.

Freezing Conditions: *

Option 1 – Drain the Spa, remove all pump plugs, disconnect all unions and make sure there is no water in the lines or in the equipment. Option 2 – Keep the equipment heated in an effort to keep the equipment from freezing. It is very important to be VERY cautious, so as not to start a fire or damage the spa and/or equipment.
